I like talking about Venice. This is that.
I’m aware there’s no audience for this beyond a few who live here. And maybe not them. That’s OK.
I was a Bill Rosendahl progressive in Bill Rosendahl’s Venice. Then I got older and shit here went south.
Now I think I’m “moderate.” The Bonin/DSA progressives think I’m MAGA, and MAGA thinks I’m Antifa.
I think Venice is more interesting than ever.
I don’t work for Traci Park. I voted for her. I’ll vote for her again. I’m unapologetically grateful to Venice’s current City Council representative.
